We have had multiple local agencies support us with our requirements for Drivers and drivers mates for as long as I have been in my role 10 years and since we have had Talent Link on board we have never been disappointed with their impeccable turnaround the quickest was 15 minutes. What they have done for us is keep a selected number of candidates on standby daily for us that live within a walking distance from our site and as and when we need temping staff they have people that they can reach out to and literally get them to us within the hour can not ask for more than that. Even on New Year’s Eve when the office is closed I have been able to reach Janet on her mobile and she has been able to service our requirements whilst being away from the office.
